Interview with ADAM MEUSE:

Your childhood ambition:

I’ve wanted to be a cartoonist for as long as I can remember.

Something you treasure:

Time, more than ever.

Your worst habit:

Over-analysis.

The aspect of your work that’s most important to you:

That it gets made at all.

Your first job:

A sign maker at a craft store.

Someone whose work you highly recommend:

I knew of Dina Kelberman first through her Important Comics which are hilarious and beautiful. I’ve since learned she has a tumblr, I’m Google, in which she catalogues images from the internet in a flowing, visually associative way that is beautiful and mesmerizing.
